“As a mid-20s Asian woman who grew up in NZ looking for a therapist who would resonate with my life experience, I’m so grateful to have found Dana. She gave me the best gifts a therapist ever could: A safe space to unpack life’s challenges and the tools to achieve my goals for healing and living my best life. What I appreciate most about Dana is that each session is really 'my time'—she’s helped me process during times of grief (a relationship breakup), and feelings of stress/burnout, anxiety and depression. As someone who's a chronic overthinker, has perfectionist tendencies and high-achieving expectations, she was able to help me understand and rewire my brain so that I could be kinder to myself and not be so 'on edge' all the time. Dana is deeply empathetic, intuitive, insightful and overall very good at what she does. I have multiple pages of notes and learnings from my time with Dana that I reflect on time and time again, and I’ve found so much value from seeing her—easily the best thing I’ve ever done for my mental health.”

"Working with Dana over the past three years has been really empowering for me. She is somebody I instantly clicked with and provided amazing support throughout some of the lowest points of my anxiety. She has helped me learn and develop a toolbox of skills to support and understand myself better, and has helped me grow so much as a person. Her warm and kind aura made me feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning."

"Dana leads an experienced and thoughtful practice and her work has been instrumental in my journey toward self discovery and acceptance. Throughout my ASD assessment process, Dana made sure I felt accurately understood and her follow up questions were extremely helpful in allowing me to explore insights and thoughts further. As an immigrant woman of color, it was important for me to engage this process with someone with cultural literacy and empathy, which Dana expertly incorporated into her work. Thank you for this invaluable experience. "

“We’re so thankful for Dana’s support during our child’s assessment. She took the time to really listen and understand our child’s needs, explained each step clearly, and made the whole process comfortable for us as parents. Her professionalism and care made a big difference — we truly appreciate her help! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for someone who listens without judgment”

“Highly Recommended: Compassionate and Insightful Psychological Support I recently engaged Dana’s services as a psychologist to assess my child for ADHD and autism. The experience was so thorough, compassionate, and insightful that I later returned to Dana for my own assessment. Dana brings that rare combination of warmth, attentiveness, and clinical precision one always hopes for! She was not only open and friendly, but also deeply observant. She paid close attention to the small details while keeping the bigger picture in mind. This was clearly reflected in the detailed and thoughtful reports we received. What stood out most was Dana’s holistic and human-centred approach. She takes the time to understand each person’s unique story, treating her clients as individuals rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method. She made an effort to get to know us both as a family and as individuals, and her post-assessment recommendations were practical, personalised, and delivered with genuine care. I certainly felt we were in safe and capable hands. I was incredibly impressed and would wholeheartedly recommend Dana to anyone, whether for adult or child assessments, looking for support and clarity on their neurodivergent journey.”

“Your kindness, understanding, and empathy. Your breadth of knowledge on ASD is amazing and your ability to understand my experiences as (now I can happily say) an Autistic person was super validating.”
